Resolute Stockholders Vote in Favor of Each Proposal at Annual Meeting
MONTREAL, May 23, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Resolute Forest Products Inc. (NYSE: RFP) (TSX: RFP) today held its annual general meeting of stockholders in Saint-Félicien, Quebec. A total of 84,271,754 common shares, or 89.1% of the outstanding shares, were voted at the meeting. Shareholders voted in favor of each proposal, including the re-election of each director nominee, by a substantial majority:
