first Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, June 5, 2008, at 11:00 a.m.
(Eastern), at the Marriott Château Champlain Hotel, Salons Cartier B-C,
1 Place du Canada, in Montreal.
The annual meeting will be webcast live through the Company's website at
